By accessing, browsing or using this website, or by submitting any enquiry form on it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website. Continued use after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Who We Are & What We Do

This website is owned and operated by Realogics Housing & Investments, a RERA-registered real estate consultancy and authorised channel partner based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Our role is to present information about real estate projects across Gurugram, respond to your enquiries, arrange site visits, and connect you with the relevant developer or builder. We are not a developer, builder or promoter. We do not construct, own, sell or deliver any project displayed on this website. Any transaction is strictly between you and the developer, and we bear no liability for the developer’s performance, delivery timelines, construction quality, approvals, title or conduct.

We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing on this site should be treated as a recommendation to buy, and no statement amounts to an assurance of rental income, resale value or capital appreciation.

3. Eligibility

You may use this website only if you are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, partnership or trust, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms. If you are accessing the site from outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on acquiring immovable property in India.

4. No Offer, No Contract

A binding obligation arises only when you execute the developer’s application form, allotment letter and agreement to sell, and those documents alone govern the transaction. In the event of any inconsistency between this website and the developer’s executed documents, the executed documents prevail.

Prices, offers, inventory, payment plans, discounts and possession timelines shown on this site are indicative, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or revised by the developer at any time without notice.

5. Accuracy of Content

We source project information from developers, channel partners and publicly available records. While we make reasonable efforts to keep it current, we do not verify it independently and do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or up to date.

• Images and renders are artistic impressions and representative visuals. Actual construction, elevations, interiors, furnishings, landscaping and views will differ
• Floor plans, areas and dimensions are indicative and not to scale. Carpet area as defined under RERA prevails over any super area or saleable area figure shown
• Amenities and specifications are subject to change and may be delivered in phases or substituted by the developer
• Location maps and distances are approximate and not to scale

Verify before you pay. Before making any booking or payment, independently verify the project’s RERA registration, approvals, sanctioned plans, area details and payment schedule on the official Haryana RERA website (haryanarera.gov.in). Never transfer funds based solely on website content, phone calls, emails or messages.

6. Enquiries & Contact Consent

When you submit an enquiry, callback request or site-visit booking, you expressly authorise Realogics Housing & Investments, the developer of the project concerned and their authorised channel partners to contact you by telephone, SMS, email, WhatsApp and other messaging services regarding that enquiry and comparable properties.

This consent applies notwithstanding any registration on the National Do Not Call registry or under the TRAI DND/NDNC framework. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate contact details; submitting another person’s details without their permission is a breach of these terms.

7. Brokerage & Commissions

Our consultancy services are offered to you free of charge. We are compensated by the developer or the principal channel partner in the form of a marketing fee or brokerage on transactions originating through our platform. You are not required to pay us any brokerage, registration fee or processing charge for browsing the site or submitting an enquiry. Where any charge is payable for a specific service, it will be disclosed to you in writing in advance.

8. Your Obligations

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Provide accurate, current and complete information in any form you submit
• Conduct your own due diligence and take independent legal, financial and tax advice before entering into any transaction
• Not rely solely on any oral representation made by a sales representative; only written commitments from the developer are binding

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, directly or through any third party:

• Copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, republish or resell any part of this website or its content, or extract data by automated means
• Use the site to send spam, chain messages or unsolicited commercial communication
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, misleading, or infringing another person’s intellectual property or privacy
• Introduce viruses, worms, trojans or any other malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the site’s functioning, security features or availability
• Submit false enquiries, use another person’s contact details without consent, or place bulk or automated form submissions
• Use the content of this website to solicit our clients or to compete with our business

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, graphics, photographs, renders, videos, floor plans, logos, trademarks, compilations and software — is owned by Realogics Housing & Investments or licensed to it, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and applicable international law.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use in evaluating a property. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent. Third-party project names, logos and trademarks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

This website may link to or embed third-party services — developer websites, state RERA portals, map services, video platforms and lender websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security or data practices. Where we refer you to a bank or housing finance company for loan assistance, the lending decision, interest rate and loan terms rest solely with that institution.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; that the information is accurate, complete, reliable or current; or that any project shown will be launched, approved, completed or delivered on any particular timeline.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realogics Housing & Investments and its directors, partners, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or your dealings with any developer or third party introduced through it.

We are not liable for delay in possession, non-delivery, deficiency in construction, deviation from sanctioned plans, cancellation of a project, defects in title, withdrawal of any offer, or any act or omission of a developer, channel partner or lender.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realogics Housing & Investments, its directors, partners, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any information you submit through this website.

15. Availability & Termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the website or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. Clauses on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strike, change in law, government action, failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure, or power outage.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the effective date shown at the top will change. Where a revision materially affects your rights, we will give notice on the website. Please review this page periodically; continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this website.

Before commencing any proceeding, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by writing to our Authorised Representative and allowing 30 days for resolution. Disputes concerning a registered real estate project fall within the jurisdiction of the relevant State Real Estate Regulatory Authority and its Appellate Tribunal, and nothing in this clause limits your right to approach that authority or a consumer forum where the law permits.

19. General Provisions

• Entire agreement — these terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website
• Severability — if any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force
• No waiver — our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours to an affiliate or successor
• No agency — nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us
