Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the control you have over your personal data.
Realogics Housing & Investments (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose information when you visit our website or submit an enquiry through any of our forms, advertisements or communication channels.
1. Scope & Acceptance

By using our website or submitting your details through any form, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.
You may browse this website without disclosing your identity. Personal information is collected only when you voluntarily submit it through an enquiry form, callback request, or other communication with us. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the website or submit your details.

- To refer you to a bank or housing finance company where you have requested loan assistance
- To verify enquiries, detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions and protect the website from abuse
- To measure which advertising campaigns generate genuine enquiries, and to improve our website content and layout
- To build audiences for remarketing and to exclude you from campaigns once you have already enquired
- To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from authorities
We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or any third party.
4. Consent to Be Contacted
This consent remains valid until you withdraw it. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, telling the caller not to contact you again, or writing to nivesh@realogics.in. Withdrawal takes effect within a reasonable period and does not affect communication we are legally required to send you, or anything lawfully done with your data before withdrawal.
Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message. Unsubscribing from email does not automatically stop calls or SMS; please inform us separately if you want all contact to stop.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and related technologies (pixels, tags, local storage) to provide a personalised browsing experience. You can accept or decline cookies by changing your browser settings. Declining cookies will not prevent you from browsing the site, though some features may not work as intended.
Categories of cookies used:
- Strictly necessary — keep the site secure, remember your cookie preferences, and prevent repeated form submissions
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and similar tools that tell us how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they leave
- Advertising — Google Ads, Google Display Network, Meta Pixel and similar tags that measure conversions and enable remarketing
- Functional — remember details you have already entered so you do not have to retype them
6. Advertising & Google Services
We advertise through Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms. The following disclosures are made in accordance with Google’s advertising policies, including its Personalised Advertising policy and EU User Consent Policy.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the Google advertising cookie) together to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to this website
- Google and other vendors use these cookies to serve ads to you across the web based on your visits to this and other sites
- We may use Google Analytics Advertising Features including Remarketing, Demographics and Interest Reporting, and Google Display Network Impression Reporting
- We may upload hashed contact information to advertising platforms to create Customer Match or Custom Audiences, and to suppress ads to people who have already enquired
How to opt out:
- Personalised Google Ads — adssettings.google.com
- Google Analytics measurement — Browser opt-out add-on
- Network Advertising Initiative members — optout.networkadvertising.org
Opting out stops ads being personalised to you. It does not stop you seeing ads altogether.
7. Sharing & Disclosure
We share identifiable information only in these circumstances:
- With developers and builders — the enquiry you submit is shared with the developer or builder of the project you enquired about, because that is the purpose for which you submitted it
- With service providers — CRM platforms, cloud hosting, telephony, email/SMS gateways, and analytics providers who process data on our instructions under written agreements
- With financial institutions — banks and housing finance companies, only where you have asked for loan assistance
- On a business transfer — if Realogics Housing & Investments is acquired, merged or reorganised, user data may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy
- Where the law requires it — to courts, regulators, police or tax authorities in response to a valid legal request
8. Data Retention
- Enquiries that do not result in a transaction — retained for up to 36 months from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised
- Enquiries that result in a booking or transaction — retained for the period required under applicable tax, real estate and company law
- Call recordings — retained for up to 12 months for quality and dispute-resolution purposes
- Analytics data — retained per the retention setting configured in the analytics platform, typically 14 months
9. Security
We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, including transmission over HTTPS, access controls limiting enquiry data to authorised staff, and written agreements with vendors who process data for us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
